Great Urban Rides

The NZ Cycleway Project

Since May I have been working on a project with Julian Hulls of Nextbike to develop “Great Urban Rides” in Auckland as part of the New Zealand Cycleway Project. Great Urban Rides has the potential to deliver a quality tourist asset at the same time as kick-starting the transformation of Auckland into a cycle friendly city.

The project hit an important milestone on the 3 September when the Auckland City Council’s Transport Committee endorsed the project and referred Great Urban Rides to council officials to develop further in conjunction with Cycle Action Auckland.
